Dr. Pat and Tammy McLeod serve as Harvard Chaplains for Cru, an interdenominational Christian ministry. Tammy is also the Director of College Ministry at Park Street Church in Boston. She received her MA in Spiritual Formation from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Pat holds an MA in Theological Studies from the International School of Theology, and an MA in Science and Religion and a PhD in Practical Theology from Boston University. Pat and Tammy have been married for more than three decades and are parents to four grown children.

What happened to her when responders used the Jaws of Life to pry her body from the mangled metal? Broken bones, wires everywhere, breathing tube, feeding tube, the doctor said, “She broke almost every part of her body.” Forty-five broken bones including her spine required immediate surgery. Matti joins us from Colorado to share her story of God’s miraculous healing and restoration.
 
Matti Stevenson is the Executive Director of MattiMedia Group, she is the Communications Director for Hispanic Action Network out of Dallas and a Public Relations contractor for InChrist Communications representing several international ministries such as SAT-7 and Slavic Gospel Association. Matti has three adult daughters and four grandchildren.

Francis Oda is the Chairman Emeritus at Group 70. He is also Senior Pastor Emeritus and Board Chair of New Life Church in Honolulu and serves as Global Chair of Transform Our World. He is the author of the book Envision with God: Believe and See. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and a Doctor of Architecture from the University of Hawaii. He is married to Dr. Caroline Ward Oda. They have two children, Nalani and Reid, a dentist and Princeton Ph.D., respectively.

Quentin Machida is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Gentry Homes, Ltd. He joined the Gentry team in 1990 as an Accounting Analyst then moved to Financial Analyst, Purchasing Manager and Estimator, Assistant Vice President, Vice President/CFO and Senior Vice President/CFO before becoming President/CEO in 2018.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He is married to Kim. They have two children. They are members of New Hope Kapolei.

In recent years, the debate over GOATs has intensified as hundreds of bloggers, podcasters, websites, and radio and television talk shows have discussed this issue and numerous polls of sportswriters and fans have been conducted. Comparing athletes from different eras is especially difficult because training regiments, equipment, and the level of competition has changed over time. Plus, pundits disagree about what being the “greatest” means.

Sexual abuse is a painful subject. Some victims suffer in silence and go to their grave having never shared their secret with anyone. Others may take years before revealing their history to a confidante or their spouse but are reluctant to disclose details or seek professional help. They might mask their wounds with smiles and people-pleasing, but the pain remains buried in the soul. Shelley’s Story, a debut novel, encourages victims of sexual abuse to know that God offers hope.
 
Dr. Morris Isara is the author of Shelley’s Story: Creating Ripples of Hope, Healing, and Restoration from Abuse. He co-founded Shepherd’s Wellspring Ministries, a pastoral counseling resource ministry, with his wife Jasmine in 2017. Morris also wrote the memoir, What Now, God? Rising from the Pain of Loss and Learning to Live Again, after losing Jasmine to COVID in 2021.
