Becca Spradlin is the founder of On Mission. She specializes in Executive facilitation, organizational assessment, and strategic planning. On Mission services were incubated during her time at Hope International, following the publication of Mission Drift. In 2020, she co-authored the Mission True Workbook, an interactive guide to providing leaders with practical next steps to keep their organizations on Mission. Becca lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
