THE GOOD LIFE WITH DR. DANNY - ”GEORGE RIDEOUT JR. - MY CONVERSION, MARY AND MISSIONS”

"My Conversion, Mary, and Missions"

George Rideout, Jr.

How does God send a boy who grew up in Boston, earned a degree from a school in Waterville, Maine, to live for 18 years in Nigeria with his wife and four children? This is the story of George Rideout, Jr. His life intersects with Billy Graham, Roger Babson (founder of Babson College), the historic Park Street Church, the continent of Africa, two renowned foundations, and a school that emerged in Weston, Massachusetts – preparing tomorrow’s leaders – centered Christ, grounded in God’s word. As in Isaiah 6:8, George’s life resounds, “Here am I. Send me!”

George Rideout, Jr. graduated from Colby College and studied at Gordon Seminary before moving to Nigeria where he and his wife Mary served as missionary math teachers. George leads the Gravity Research Foundation and Open Church Foundation (both founded by Roger Babson with the strategic partnership of George’s father George Rideout, Sr.). George is also the Chairman of the Board of Veritas Christian Academy.
