Father Robert J. Carr is the pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Parish in Allston, Massachusetts where there is “A welcome to all those who seek to know, love and serve our Lord Jesus Christ in this world and the next.” Ordained in 1993 at Holy Cross Cathedral, Father Carr served mostly in inner city parishes for much of his priesthood working in up to three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

She heard God's call to give blankets to the homeless in downtown Dallas in November 1993. Hailed "The Blanket Lady" her modest beginnings became Operation Care International (OCI)
 
Susie Jennings is Founder and President of Operation Care International. A Registered Nurse by profession since 1978, Susie stepped out in faith and obedience to God’s calling leading to her resignation from a supervisory position at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas in January 2011 and became a full-time missionary.

Dr. Frank Tully have served with The Navigators for the past 30 years. He graduated from UMass Amherst, went to law School at DePaul University in Chicago, and later earned Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. After a decade of serving with The Navigators in Australia, Frank and Debbie returned to Boston. Frank is Co-Director of the Boston City Team of The Navigators. He and Debbie are members of Newton Covenant Church.

He holds a Doctor of Ministry and Masters of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Garrett is married to Nici. They served as missionaries with Jews for Jesus for twelve years. They have three children: Daliya, Zachary, and Ilana.

At age 18, Casey Lin left her family and friends in Texas to attend a Japanese university. After nearly a decade abroad in Yokohama, Japan and Bristol, England, Casey returned to Houston, where she taught middle schoolers and met her husband-to-be, Dr. Jonathan Lin.
